The Chief Executive Officer of Regadstar Properties Limited, Captain Callistus Okhaishie has charged the Nigerian youth to build on quality character and relationships that would sustain them forever, adding that only quality character can open doors of opportunities at all levels.
While speaking at the just-concluded Gabrio leadership event held in Lagos last Sunday, Captain Callistus Okhaishie emphasized hard work to smart work, and networking,going to the university is not freedom from your home,if you can’t listen to your parents advice now ,your kids will do the same for you.
Captain Callistus said if you are creative as a youth, you can’t go hungry,you must learn to buy books and read about great people and how they achieve greatness.
He further said if he is engaging people in his company,he must know the capacity not the degree acquired from the higher institution.
I had three Master’s degrees and worked in shell company and became a captain very early, my career pursuit went fast and I retired early to start my own business.
Education is very important,if you don’t have a master’s degree ,you can’t captain a ship , he said
