Chief John Okorie, fondly known as M7, has joined prominent leaders in Nigeria in celebrating His Eminence, Anthony Cardinal Olubunmi Okojie, who marked a triple milestone: his 90th birthday, 60th priestly ordination anniversary, and 55th episcopal ordination anniversary at the Holy Cross Cathedral.
In a statement to Image-maker news and Gabrio Newspaper, Chief John Okorie said, “I recall seeing Cardinal Olubunmi Okojie speaking for Christians in major newspapers and television stations during my youth. His voice was noble, committed to God’s word and knowledge.”
Cardinal Olubunmi Okojie is a man who spoke against injustice, advocating for both Christians and Muslims. “Our daddy is old now,” Chief Okorie added.
“May God continue to protect and strengthen him in Jesus’ name, amen.”
