“A people without vision will always celebrate survival instead of progress.”
By: Onogateoghene Constancy Oghounu
Isoko has remained true-hearted, patient, and hopeful yet the results speak for themselves. Representation has existed, but impact has been absent. Our votes have been counted, but our interests have not been defended.
Year after year, Isoko is told to wait. Wait for development. Wait for inclusion. Wait for fairness.
Enough of waiting. Representation is not ceremonial. It is not about occupying a seat in Abuja to keep quiet.
It is about fighting for projects, negotiating opportunities, and delivering visible results. Anything not commensurate to the above is failure. 2027 is not business as usual. It is a reckoning. A chance to reset the narrative and reposition Isoko North & South where it belongs at the table of influence, not on the sidelines.
Sir (Bldr) Blessing Obomovo stands for purposeful and impact-driven representation that will speak when others are silent, act when others compromise, and deliver where others have only explained.
Isoko must decide:Continue recycling excuses, or choose representation with vision, courage, and capacity.
Survival is not success. Progress is the standard. 2027 is the moment. Let’s stand with #OghaleIsoko
