I remember meeting Chief Michael Ujiro, popularly known as Geedy, in 2019. During our meeting, I had a comprehensive interview with him on entrepreneurship, where we discussed business, leadership, and the mindset required to build successful enterprises.
That same year, Mindset Media honored him with a prestigious award in recognition of his outstanding leadership as the CEO and Chairman of Funacep Fleet Management, a company that operated a taxi and vehicle partnership business in Nigeria.
Chief Michael Ujiro is a creative entrepreneur with a passion for excellence. His corporate headquarters in Lekki, Lagos, reflected professionalism and innovation. We first connected online, and he welcomed the opportunity to showcase his entrepreneurial journey to a wider audience.
One quality that stood out was his commitment to his employees. He treated his staff with respect and created an environment that encouraged growth. During the Mindset Media Achievers Excellence Awards, he granted an interview to TVC, where he commended the organizers for recognizing and celebrating excellence and encouraged them to continue inspiring entrepreneurs.
When he later relocated to the United Kingdom, I was delighted to see another Nigerian entrepreneur expanding his vision to the global stage.
Today, Chief Michael Ujiro continues to demonstrate intentional leadership through agriculture as the CEO of Eloviano Farms. After watching videos of his agricultural projects, I was impressed by his investment in modern farming and his commitment to creating employment opportunities for the people of Isoko.
His decision to invest in Isoko land has positively impacted many lives. Since then, he has received numerous awards, accolades, and commendations from communities and institutions of higher learning in recognition of his contributions to agricultural development and community empowerment.
Chief Michael Ujiro possesses a strategic and visionary mindset that continues to drive business growth, sustainable agriculture, and humanitarian service.
His journey is a testament to the power of purposeful leadership, innovation, and long-term investment in people and society.
