Captain Callistus Okhaishie has called on Nigerian youths to remain focused, disciplined and committed to building a better future for themselves and the nation.
According to him, the youth constitute one of Nigeria’s greatest assets, and their energy, creativity, intelligence and determination must be channelled toward productive ventures rather than distractions and activities that could undermine their future.
He urged young Nigerians to develop a strong mindset, acquire relevant skills, embrace entrepreneurship and take advantage of opportunities emerging in areas such as technology, agriculture, real estate, innovation and the creative industry.
Captain Okhaishie stressed that success does not happen overnight, noting that young people must be patient, consistent and willing to learn from both their successes and failures. He encouraged them to surround themselves with positive-minded people and mentors who can guide them toward meaningful achievements.
He also called on the Nigerian government, private sector and other stakeholders to create more opportunities for youth development, employment, entrepreneurship and leadership, emphasizing that empowering young people is an investment in the future of Nigeria.
His message to the youth is clear: stay focused, believe in your potential, develop yourself and remain committed to your goals. With the right mindset, discipline and determination, Nigerian youths can become powerful drivers of national transformation and global excellence.
